Authors should submit about 500 word abstract in English (text only) with your contact information. Please indicate your choice of Technical Track Number, and your presentation type between Oral and Poster. Track descriptions are shown on the Technical Tracks page.

Once abstracts have been accepted, authors may then upload their '8~10-pages full papers' or '2-pages extended abstracts' for review. Please upload copies of both a PDF and Word file of your full paper/extended abstract. Instructions for preparation of full papers/extended abstracts will be noted in the Author Kit. Paper Template is also available below.

Only full papers (8-10 page) with an Oral Presentation can be candidates for NET Special Edition publication.

Please note that 2-page extended abstracts will NOT be considered for NET Special Edition publication.

Once full papers/extended abstracts are reviewed and approved, author may then upload their revised full papers/extended abstracts for publication. Again, please submit both a PDF and Word file. Hard copies of papers are no longer required. Note that the secretariat will not edit or proofread your revised full papers/extended abstracts. Please do not put page numbers on your paper; we will re-number the entire congress proceedings.
